CeLL targets mainly children with dyslexia and related language difficulties. But we also open up for other special needs children.

Since special needs education requires specialized instruction and facilities, it is more costly than education offered to normal children. As a result, the customer profile tends towards that of the private school pupil. Our target group therefore consists of the following children:

• Children from fairly affluent families in the region
• Corporate sponsored children
• Non-governmental organization(NGO) sponsored children
