Centre for Life Long Learning (CeLL) is managed by the Board of directors, who are responsible for setting the strategic direction of the project.

It monitors the progress of the project, appoints management staff and ensures that the institution complies with the legal and ethical requirements.

CeLL is promoted by three distinguished Ugandans who form the nucleus of the Board. Each of the directors brings unique skills and contribution to the project. Additional members are co-opted as and when this becomes necessary, basing on the skills and experiences required at a particular point in time.

The 3 directors are Eria Paul Njuki, Paul K. Musoke and Edward R. Kiweewa with the abridged versions of their curriculum vitae given here below:

Eria Paul Njuki

Eria Paul Njuki: He is the lead specialist for dyslexia in Uganda. He holds a Bachelors and Masters Degree in Education from the University of Newcastle Upon Tyne - UK and several other qualifications in education, with a special emphasis on children with disabilities.

He is currently a final year Ph.D candidate at the University of Oslo, Norway where he is focusing on "The Effect of Teacher Education Quality on Children's Reading Competencies". He has also attended important conferences on identifying and providing solutions for Dyslexia in the USA, Europe and Africa. He has been a teacher, headteacher, college tutor, independent consultant and lecturer at different institutions in Uganda with a special focus on disability diagnosis and intervention.

He brings top-notch technical and managerial expertise to the project and is responsible for overall day to day running of the project.

Paul. K. Musoke

Paul. K. Musoke: He holds a Msc. Economics from the North-Eastern University, Boston Massachusetts, USA. He also has a BSc. Economics from the University of Makerere, Kampala Uganda.

He is currently the Managing Director of Pride Microfinance Limited, one of the top 2 microfinance institutions in Uganda, with 29 branches, an active loan portfolio of over US $ 15 million, a workforce of over 300 and close to 70,000 clients.

Before this he was a consultant with Gardiner Kamya International, and Assistant Vice President, State Street and Trust Company, Boston Massachusetts, USA. He was also once a senior manager at the Bank of New England Corp, Boston, and boasts of over 15 years' executive banking experience in the USA.

He brings broad project management and implementation capabilities, corporate strategy and spear heads the promoters' equity contribution to the project.

Edward. M. Kiweewa

Edward. M. Kiweewa: He holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Bcom) from Makerere University Kampala and several diplomas and certificates in fields ranging from business studies to financial management and banking.

He is an experienced banker, having worked as Recovery Manager and Section Credit Administration Manager at the Nile Bank, which was subsequently taken over by Barclays Bank Uganda Limited. He is currently the Corporate Credit Manager at Barclays Bank Uganda Limited.

He brings financial acumen, project implementation knowledge and discipline as well as ability to provide financial leadership to the project.
